A section of Church leaders has faulted the Supreme Court of Kenya over its ruling on the LGBTQ community. In a statement by Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM) which is one of the biggest churches in Kenya with about 15 branches countrywide said that the ruling contradicted existing laws on the same. “This rather contradictory ruling has left many of us wondering whether other illegal practitioners like pedophiles and those involved in incest also have the right of association and if not, how different they are from homosexuals. And perhaps criminal organisations as well” said CITAM presiding bishop Calisto Odede.
