A California judge weighing potential prejudice in the title and summary of a proposed ballot measure concerning transgender children is considering his ruling after a Friday hearing. However, Acquisto said after a Friday hearing that he’d consider the arguments made by attorneys that afternoon before issuing a final ruling.
